Instead, we should focus on the value we can provide to our clients and on value based pricing. Value-based pricing means that we set prices based on the buyer’s perceived value of our service. To use a value-based pricing strategy, we also need to understand and communicate our value to our customers. If we want to get paid what we’re worth and leverage our time, we have to stop trading our time for money.
