We feel less alone, see how others are reacting to similar challenges, and can steal some of their ideas to use in T&I industry. “Others” focus on showing that what they are doing is not “just” design or “just” scheduling email. They are educating the client. It’s time that we start thinking of ourselves as the professionals we are, the consultants we can be, don’t you agree?
