Thank you Tess and Vasiliki for sharing these useful tips. What I found most useful were Vasiliki’s tips about how to make our quotations look more professional.

Sounds like an interesting and useful session.

The ITI Model Terms and similar of other professional organisations are helpful but in my experience only up to a point – they need a lot of adapting!

Thank you for this session. I found all tips very usefull. I think the one I will keep in mind is your tip about the free test, Tess. It will help me to avoid taking tests that are not in my main fields of expertise 😉

I’m constantly looking for tips on how to present our services professionally. This was so useful! Although all of my contact information is listed under my signature, I didn’t think of adding a confidentiality statement. Definitely something I will be working on soon.
