The best time to deal with a recession is well in advance of one. Here are 3 things you can do to prepare:
- Keep in touch with your network
- Charge more to stand out and not seem desperate
- Clean up your business and personal finances
I hope we will not have to experience a recession any time soon, but everyone in the business for the long run most likely will. So let’s be prepared.
