Episode 246: Using Business Intelligence to Grow Your Business and Find Your Dream Clients – Interview with Vasiliki Prestidge
06/15/2020Episode 248: Rerun – How to Use Information Products to Add Client Value on Website
06/22/2020In previous episodes I have talked about how we can focus on making sure our online platform is optimized right now to attract clients to us, since we cannot really go out and network with potential clients right now, due to the pandemic.
Another thing we can do is to focus on our existing clients. In an earlier blog post I wrote about the easiest way to make more money right now, with the least effort, and that is to focus on our current clients.
In this episode I discuss how to turn our clients into promoters with Virginia Katsimpiri, who gave a presentation on this topic earlier this year at the BP Conference.
Important things discussed in this episode:
- Strategies for building long-term relationships with our customers
- How to engage with customers online
- Online mini events for clients
- How to serve our customers in the best way possible
Useful links mentioned in this episode:
- Make money fast by using the 80/20 principle
- 7 Ways to grow your business with customer referrals
- How to turn customers into promoters
- Virginia Katsimpiri’s mentoring website
- Fully Booked Translator Formula
- Ask Your Mentor Anything Live with Tess Whitty
It’s important to remember to not only focus on sales and bringing in new clients, but to also serve our existing clients in the best way possible. Customer service is a must, but another great way is to develop close connections with our most important customers, so they have us top of mind for referrals to other clients.
If you feel too awkward asking for a referral directly, I have added a link to a blog post earlier with 7 tips to grow your business with referrals and how to easily ask for and get them above.
