Bio:
Matt Baird is a German-to-English freelance translator, editor and copywriter specializing in marketing and corporate communications. He has a BA in German and International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and over 15 years’ experience in the translation business. After working inside the Washington D.C. beltway and a graduate semester at Georgetown University, Matt escaped back to Colorado, where he launched a successful freelance translation business. Now based near Bonn, Germany, he writes, edits and translates content marketing and communications materials for German-based international corporations — that is when he’s not enjoying the great outdoors.
