  3. I loved Konstantin’s first podcasted and I absolutely loved this one! There are many interesting tips but the one that I find most helpful is WHEN YOU HAVE A BREAK, DO SOMETHING THAT WILL REALLY BE RELAXING INSTEAD OF STIMULATING YOUR BRAIN MORE.
