An effective Marketing strategy is realistic, easy to understand and practical to implement. Just for clarity, the difference between a marketing strategy and a marketing plan is that the strategy will not change yearly, but only when a major change occurs that affects the business as a whole, whereas a marketing plan changes yearly based on competitive actions and short term opportunities and threats.
Martina can help you with the strategy, and I can help you with the plan. Feel free to reach out to us by email or in the comments below.
