Episode 217: Learn More Strategies to Grow Your Translation Business – Interview with Virginia Katsimpiri

In this episode we’re talking about my favorite topic, business and marketing strategies for freelance translators, but for a change, it won’t be me talking about it. I have invited a fellow marketing trainer and translator, Virginia Katsimiri to talk about it. She is giving a master class for eCPD webinars about this topic.

Important things mentioned in this episode:

  • Important strategies to find clients for both newer and more experienced translators
  • The importance of mindset and how to make sure you are having a business mindset
  • Different promotional strategies, both online and offline, local and global

For those who are interested in an additional complimentary one-to-one strategy session after the course to answer any of their questions or to help them to create their personalized strategy: they could send me an email with the code/subject line TESS217 right after their registration so as to schedule a complimentary one-to-one strategy session.

It is always great to hear about these strategies from someone else. I use to tell people I am unemployable these days, meaning that I don’t want to be employed anymore. I want to run my own business and be my own boss. In order for us to be successful it is important that we always work on our strategies and marketing.
