Working in a team is important in corporate environments, but it is also very beneficial for freelancers. We get out of our solopreneur isolation and can serve our clients better. I frequently work with a few freelance translators as backups and as proofreaders and I think we all benefit from it, including the customer.

Now a question to the listeners. Do you work in a team? If so, how do you go about it? Please share in the comments below.
